1. 7-Day Return Initiation Window
The process for a return or exchange must be formally initiated within a strict 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date of your product.
To maintain efficient inventory and claims management, requests received after this 7-day period will not be processed.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Return
A product is eligible for return or exchange only if the claim is based on one of the following verifiable reasons:
- Damaged or Defective: The item arrived physically damaged or is mechanically defective upon receipt.
- Wrong Product Sent: The item received does not match the product specified in your order.
Mandatory Condition Criteria:
To be eligible for any return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- Unused: The watch must show absolutely no signs of wear or use (no creases on straps, no scratches on the case).
- Original Packaging: Must be returned in its original, undamaged retail packaging.
- Tags Attached: All original tags, protective films, and stickers must remain attached and untampered.
3. Essential Documentation Requirement (MANDATORY)
ATTENTION: Unboxing Video Policy
A continuous, clear, and complete Unboxing Video is MANDATORY for processing any return or exchange claim based on damage, defect, or wrong product received.
- The video must show the shipping package before opening, clearly displaying the shipping label.
- The video must be a single, uncut shot demonstrating the entire unpacking process and clearly showing the claimed damage or defect.
Claims submitted without this mandatory Unboxing Video will be automatically rejected.
4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are exempt from our return policy:
- Products explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
5. Refund, Exchange, and Credit Options
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be offered only in limited cases where items are not in original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts, provided the issue is assessed not to be the customer’s fault.s!
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchange: In approved cases of damage or defect, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue the refund value as a non-expiring store credit for use on future purchases.
